By using Livexio, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept them on its behalf.
1. Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only channels you own or are authorized to manage. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and meet the eligibility rules of your connected platforms.
2. Broadcasts and your content
You retain ownership of your content. You give Livexio permission to process, transmit, display, and store it as needed to provide the features you request, including broadcasts and recordings. This permission is limited to operating the service and applicable retention obligations.
You are responsible for your content, destination selections, visibility settings, and necessary rights and participant permissions. Obtain permission for music, video, images, screen sharing, and recording where required.
3. YouTube and other destinations
Livexio uses YouTube API Services. By using Livexio, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes information under the Google Privacy Policy.
YouTube connections, stored API-data refresh and deletion, and Google authorization revocation are described in our Privacy Policy. Revoking a Google grant may affect multiple channel connections. Original Livexio media and copies published to YouTube are separate from the API records stored by Livexio.
When connecting Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, X, or a custom RTMP destination, you must follow that platform's terms, community rules, and eligibility requirements. You authorize Livexio to perform the connection and broadcast actions you request. Platform availability and features may change.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Livexio for unlawful content, copyright infringement, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized access. Do not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or misuse platform APIs.
5. Privacy and leaving the service
Our Privacy Policy explains information use, connected-platform access, and deletion requests. You can disconnect inactive destinations in your account, revoke platform access using the platform's settings, or contact us to request deletion. Disconnecting Livexio does not delete content already published on another platform.
6. Availability and charges
We aim to provide a reliable service, but interruptions, technical faults, or destination restrictions may affect broadcasts. Keep copies of important content. Any paid plan's price, billing, cancellation, and applicable refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.
7. Suspension and legal rights
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a terms breach, security risk, or legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised terms here and give appropriate notice of material changes. For questions or complaints, email contact@livexio.com.
